MAN Partners – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services provided by MAN Partners (“the Company”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
MAN Partners provides We provide assurance, tax, advisory, as well as Business solutions, with a focus on helping growing businesses to optimize profits, enhance business value and internationalize. Additional services may be offered based on written agreements or up on receiving the request for proposals or EOI.

3.1 The Company shall maintain strict confidentiality of all information, documents, data, and materials shared by clients in the course of service delivery.
3.2 Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s prior written consent, except where required by law.
3.3 Clients shall also keep confidential all proprietary information, methodologies, documents, and data shared by the Company.
3.4 Both parties agree to implement reasonable security safeguards to protect confidential information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
4. On-Call Advisory Services
4.1 On-call or rapid advisory support is available strictly upon prior written request submitted by email. 4.2 The Company will only deliver such advisory once the applicable service fee has been verified as paid. 4.3 Advisory delivered through phone calls, voice notes, messaging platforms, or virtual meetings remains subject to the same confidentiality and professional standards as other services.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 All services are payable in accordance with the fee schedule or service agreement shared with the client.
5.2 Payments must be made before commencement of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.3 Late payments may attract penalties or lead to suspension of services.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1 MAN Partners collects, processes, and stores client information solely to provide contracted services. 6.2 The Company complies with applicable data protection laws and employs industry-standard measures to safeguard all data.
6.3 Clients consent to the Company processing their data for service delivery, billing, communication, and regulatory compliance.
7. Website Usage and Internet Security
7.1 While the Company strives to maintain a secure website, it cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber risks. 7.2 Users agree to access the website at their own risk and are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures such as antivirus protection. 7.3 The Company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from malware, phishing attacks, unauthorized access, or other internet-related threats. 7.4 Third-party links on the website are provided for convenience; MAN Partners is not responsible for the content or security of those sites.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All materials, content, reports, templates, analyses, and tools provided by MAN Partners remain the intellectual property of the Company. 8.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for purposes outside the agreed scope without written authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 MAN Partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services or website.
9.2 Liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service linked to the claim.
10. Compliance With Laws
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws, including tax regulations, anti-corruption laws, data protection laws, and professional standards.
11. Termination
11.1 Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to terms in the specific contract.
11.2 Upon termination, the client remains liable for any outstanding payments for services rendered.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Rwanda.
12.2 Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation.
12.3 If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Kigali according to applicable arbitration regulations.
13. Amendments
MAN Partners may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of services implies acceptance.
